I first photographed Vanna on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour a few times last summer. I vibe with their live presence because it's so out of this world. I had been wanting to work on a project with them for a while so this tour was the perfect opportunity!

The original plan was to be out with them from 4/12 to 4/21 and hop off in NYC for some time off. Due to an unexpected passing of somebody very close to me, I ended up having to leave only a mere three days into the project. Such a bummer. However, I wanted to share some of the work with you guys regardless.

Before I left this day for Kentucky, I ended up taking a few polaroids and messing around at the venue.

I really had such a great few days of creative freedom. Vanna (click for website)... some of the, if not the, nicest guys in the biz. Their album, VOID, came out last summer and it's just phenomenal. They've been a band for about 10 years and they have such a great mentality, still going strong and still keeping it real. Make sure you go see these guys soon! There is a few weeks left on The Color Morale's HOLD ON PAIN ENDS tour and they've got some cool stuff up their sleeves for this year.
